    Tunic:
2D Zelda meets Dark Souls combat. Go in blind.
    Wandersong:
A little bard must save the world! Has a Ted Lasso level of optimism.
    Outer Wilds:
Space anthropology! Had so many “oh my god, WHAT” moments. Go in blind.
    What Remains of Edith Finch:
A poignant walking sim about a cursed family.
    Shadows Over Loathing:
Ridiculous gothic point-and-click set in the Jazz Age.
    The Procession to Calvary:
Monty Python-style animatics in a medieval point-and-click comedy.
    Superliminal:
Optical illusion-based puzzle game. If you like The Stanley Parable and Portal, I think you’ll like this.

    • Binding of Issac Rebirth, with all the DLC.

To be honest, Rebirth itself was grand but the DLC adds an absurd amount of content on top. Just a fantastic dungeon crawl/bullet hell game that’s hard to ever put down.

    • Spelunky 1 or 2

They’re both great. The first is my favourite but the second is just as good and expands on basically everything that 1 has to offer. I still consider it be the pinnacle for 2D platformer controls.

    • OTXO

So this is fairly new and I’ve only been playing it for a week. Kinda a rogue-lite Hotline Miami, but the gameplay is much tighter than HM. Addictive, extremely violent and fast gunplay. I keep coming back to it. Really recommend giving it a try.
