I’m trying to cancel my order and they won’t let me saying I have to refuse the package even though it hasn’t even been packaged yet. Just feels like a complete waste of resources and risk to the deck to have to travel here and back then to it’s forever home.

That is one big pile of siht from Valve. Have you tried getting in contact with customer support? Hope you get it sorted man it’s not exactly cheap.
