Nothing wrong with the panel. You would be surprised how many small parts are sourced from China. You get what you pay for. With Valve, that’s great.

Mine came in today and is a BOE as well
We just need someone to run a multitude of tests on both of them to see the difference and hopefully they are close enough that it won’t matter.
But we should know by now that sometimes they are not equal and there can be a clearly superior option.
Valve cannot supply from the same supplier to ship into two region, so each region has to have panels made by different companies due to legal issues.
