Just received my LE OLED deck today and I’ve encountered a few issues. On top of having a dead pixel in the center of the screen, my usb port seems to not be functioning. Won’t read any usb drives or even my steam controller. If I plug them into my lcd deck everything works just fine. Anyone else having this problem?

    No dead pixel on mine thankfully but was also having the same issue with getting a flash drive to show to mount. OP’s fix of leaving it plugged in and doing a full restart made it show as mountable. Thanks!

    Thoughts on whether this is a software or hardware issue? Can we expect it to be resolved with a patch or update?

    I also had this problem, and was able to get an external SSD to appear in the OLED deck when I connected it through a powered USB hub. Didn’t need to do this with the LCD deck.

    Same here. Already figured the restart while leaving it in method myself.

    Sooo… RMA request or wait for software update?

    I have similiar issues with my SD Card Reader on my Linux (Manjaro) Laptop actually. So let’s hope its a software issue.
