    Only problem is that these chips pull a lot more power than the M2s do. Even if they put that beast into a portable laptop, Apple wins in the long run.

    I’m excited about the investment and competition in this space because it will benefit consumers. I’m also wary whenever I hear ‘this thing that doesn’t exist yet is better than this existing product you can buy today’.

      The M2 in a lot of ways was a step back from M1, or offered marginal gains at best. Any idea on Apples actual performance for the M3?

    Remember Gerard Williams setup the M1 chip For apple, left and setup Nuvia. Qualcomm buys Nuvia and now they are going to release a chip… I’m getting my popcorn, hopefully will be good.

    Beat what? A lot of chips can beat m2 max but just not performance/power ratio
