I already have a 8gb ram from my brother,and i asked this laptop have extra slots for upgrading the ram so that shall not be the problem, I really thank you for that long explanation it really was helpful but lets say i only use this laptop for programming cause im no fan of playing on laptop i tend to do work(programming) on this laptop so should that be good?
Upgrading to 16gb RAM should be your first order here, if you buy this. Either that or buy a laptop already equipped with 16gb RAM or better.
I can’t speak for that programming aspect, as I don’t do programming these days. Ain’t done that in forever, TBH.
Keep in mind, you posted a “gaming” laptop here - and I use that term “gaming” loosely, as its specs for such a task is budget and low for modern stuff - so I replied about gaming usage b/c it’s branded as such.
It certainly would be fine for older X1 and PS4 era of PC games, if you go down the gaming rabbit hole here.
