    Got a not useful response from steam support.

    Hi there. Apologies for the delayed response. We have an influx of requests at the moment. Please note support is not live chat but we'll respond to you ticket as soon as possible. 

    As mentioned on your order status, our distributor is working as fast as possible to process and post orders, but are a bit delayed. Unfortunately we're not able to speed up processing times. 

    Please continue to monitor your order for shipment over the upcoming business days. As soon as tracking information is available on the order, you'll receive a shipment notification.
