My new LE OLED Deck has a few red sub-pixels that are dead, and I’ve seen reports around this sub of others with similar issues. It almost seems like it is being mentioned more for specific models. So, I’m curious…. If you got a new Steam Deck OLED what model did you get and how is your screen?

    I’ve ordered a limited edition off Ebay into Australia. Think I’m just going to leave it and not look. If I RMA it’ll cost me hundreds in shipping. Kinda wish I went normal 1TB after reading this thread, but it’s in transit now.

      Your device will very likely be 100% fine. Keep in mind that the relatively tiny minority of people who receive defects are way more likely to report it online than the significantly bigger group of happy customers who received a perfect device and don’t have any reason to share their experience on Reddit.
