On day 5, there was a holiday here in Japan, but usually, things are quite quick here.waited a week after ordering for it to ship just to see its gonna take another week to arrive

This morning Parcelforce send me an email that my deck is going to be delivered today, from 11 to 12. Even though i have requested for it to be delivered on Monday, since im in the office today and cannot accept the delivery. Its almost the end of the day, the tracker says my deck is still “out for delivery”, the delivery window has long past and the map tracker dissappears. Im worried sick, Parcelforce don’t have good reputation for me, really don’t want it to be 500 quid wasted.
Update: they have delivered in on 27th as requested, at some random time with no tracking updates. Suprised it came in one piece, but so far so good!

Someone really needs to add the definition of “Valve time” to the sub so the newbs know. Haha
If you are new to getting a deck, then you have no idea how long the rest of us waited for the initial release. We had people crunching data like crazy to estimate when we could even order. After we could order, we would watch for a week or more for it to finally get delivered.

Ah, I thought I was the only one. I see everyone bemoaning the passing of mere DAYS when we went for MONTHS of resorting to algorithmic auguries from a human Phil, to keep ourselves sane, before actually being ALLOWED to pay and THEN beginning the final waiting period. Kids these days, Kuit.
Mine packaged the 17th, shipped Wednesday 22nd, for a 27th arrival. At least it’s in the shippers hands now, though I’m shocked how long it’s going to take given how short the distance is.

Mine finally got shipped today at 6:00 AM
Unfortunately ‘shipped’ is only marginally better - mine’s been ‘shipped’ since early Tuesday morning and doesn’t look like it will get here until Monday at the earliest. Still fortunate relative to the packaged gang, but the wait doesn’t end when shipping occurs, sadly!
Same here. By ‘shipped’ they mean ‘a week long tour of the Netherlands’
Mines also been shipped since Tuesday but I can’t see any tracking info at all. I have no idea if it’s even shipped at this point.
I’m on the Shipped status and it should hopefully come next week 😍
