I’m a bit nervous when my deck comes. There was one post where instead they got no https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/s/ZmTuya6rof deck but rather a charger. What do I do if don’t get a deck but a charger for it. Do I ask valve for a new one or… buy another one…

    This is extraordinarily unlikely and even if it does happen, you obviously just contact Steam support and they will make it right. I think you’re so excited you’ve psyched yourself out.

    If you’re super worried about it, just film the unboxing and in the “one in a million” chance this happens, show the video to steam support.
