Ive never had a pc, discord, online friends or steam account but i absolutely love horror games & any worlds i can explore and get lost in! What are the best games and accessories to start on the Oled with? is there any big setup process before i can start playing? thanks in advance!

You might want to look into Humble Choice. It’s a subscription service where you get a handful of PC titles every month to keep forever. It’s normally $12/mo, but they’re offering a year for $99 for Black Friday. That’s a relatively cheap and easy way to build up your Steam Library from nothing.
Also, use a site like isthereanydeal.com to track sales. You can even wishlist games you’re interested in, and set a target price to be notified if it hits or falls below. That site in particular only lists major stores and legitimate resellers, so you don’t have to worry about shady key sites that may just not deliver or sell you bad keys.
I’m expecting mine to arrive today. But this will be my second deck. I never ventured into cryo utilities or changing the vram.
I plan on installing emu deck. Redownloading my games through steam. And setting up Chiaki and Moonlight for remote streaming PS5 and my PC.
you can stream from the deck through a ps5? like just to play on a bigger screen?
No, but you can just get a dongle or a dock that uses the usb-c port and plug the hdmi in directly
