Hey everyone,

Inspired by u/markercore and their great threads over in the switch Reddit, I figured I’d try to get some fun game focused conversation going over here! So, what are you playing this weekend? Personally I picked up a ton during the sale for my OLED, and I’m really diving into Dying Light for the first time, which is extremely fun. Also hoping to check out Sonic Frontiers and a few other odds and ends.

How about you all? Pickup anything exciting during the sale? Going onto hour 500 of Vampire Survivors? Lemme know!

Picked up a tonne during autumn sales, really enjoying Kingdoms and castles a chill city builder, simple but addictive. Started infinifactory today which is awesome. My time at Sandrock addictive but forces you to slow down with timers.

My GOTY for this year would be:

    • Baldurs gate 3. Perfection. Couldn’t believe the graphic fidelity and performance. Played 17hrs of what felt like PlayStation graphics on a long ass flight.
    • Dyson sphere program. Factorio but 3D with mechs and a huge sense of scale and wonder.
    • Timberborn. Once you get the hang of it is an amazing example of how the trackpad can emulate a mouse interface easily. Excellent take on city building with awesome water physics.
    • Graveyard keeper. Funny as hell, addictive gameplay loop. Like Stardew valley.
