Arrived today. Plugged it in using official charger… Nothing. Held the power button… Nothing. Left charging for 6 hours… Nothing.
I’m assuming dead on arrival. Anything I should check first before contacting support?

Same. Just waiting on support to try to get back to me. Very disappointing
Try a cmos reset too
