Got an LCD deck. Not seeing the option to set the refresh rate to 40 hz after latest update. It used to be in quick menu by the frame rate. Now it seems I can only use the frame rate limiter to set it to 30 fps instead of changing the refresh rate to 40 hz to limit the fps to 40.

    It’s a combined slider now. It will automatically choose the appropriate refresh rate, based on the frame limit you set. In other words, if you set it to 40 FPS, it will use 40Hz on the LCD or 80Hz on the OLED. If you set it to 30 FPS, it will use 60Hz on the LCD or 90Hz on the OLED

      To add to this, more refresh per frame helps with stuttering and input latency. In short, 30FPS-40FPS should feel much smoother now.
