I think with the 3.5 update you don’t even need vibrantdeck anymore. You can set the screen saturation in the display settings.

Valve accepted my RMA for the dead pixels but maybe I should’ve just asked to refund it and buy the regular one…
And the tracking says December 4th and I’ll probably have to wait a week after that to get my new one 🥲

Try this. If it doesn’t work it’ll be better to send in for repair. 180$ seems like a lot but they’ll probably give you a whole new screen and save you the hassle of having to open the deck yourself. DeckHD requires constant bios updates and tweaking for it to work. It isn’t worth the hassle IMO.
Does customer service work weekends? I sent a rma request for dead pixels yesterday and was wondering when they’ll reply.
I’m only getting 50MB/s with 6ghz connection. Pretty disappointed, I was expecting to hit at least 100.
To add to this, more refresh per frame helps with stuttering and input latency. In short, 30FPS-40FPS should feel much smoother now.

For sure. Consumers are always getting shafted so take advantage of your rights. You deserve better for a premium device like this.
Put your cursor next to the dead pixels so your phone can focus. Definitely RMA, I had one dead subpixel with the blue too as you described. It just means the blue doesn’t work.

Yes. Their return centers are pretty congested rn due to all the OLED rma so expect it to take a week to send back and then another week to get a new one.
