I got my deck 3 days ago and already have microscratches on the D-Pad, I know it isn’t much but I baby the heck out of this thing.

Yeah that’s normal. I don’t know why they went with a glossy finish.
Your fingertips collect microscopic dust particles which are harder than plastic, hence making them scratch. Entirely unavoidable. This happens to glass too, to a lesser extent, which is why I recommend everyone get a screen protector
Shhh people dont like hearing that. They like to believe they can keep things 100% as new with 0 protection as long as they are careful.
