I just received a free S23 Ultra through an offer at work.

I love the phone but I’m having an issue. If I receive a voicemail the Visual Voicemail app keeps giving me a notification ever 1 minute until I check / listen to the voicemail. It will make an audible / vibration notification every 1 minute on the dot until I do this.

I have tried disabling notifications for voicemail but it won’t let me. What is going on here? Anyone know how I can disable this but still use the visual voicemail function.

    I had this issue. I’m on Verizon so your mileage may vary. What happened was my weak ass trial period expired (30 days) or legit visual voicemail and it stopped connecting to VVM, constantly sending notifications.

    I force stopped the app and then cleared the data. Launched voicemail again and said no to paying for the non basic vvm. Notifications went away and voicemail synced normally.
