I’m having a mixture of feelings right now.

Excitement, fear, nervousness….

I live in a very remote area away from the mainland. (Portugal)

Just hoping everything goes smoothly.

I’m having a mixture of feelings right now.

Excitement, fear, nervousness….

Also, should I get a SD card? Or a DBbrand case?

Yes. Games are big enough that even with a 512 drive, you’ll want an SD card. A U3 A1 or preferably U3 A2 one from a good brand. Samsung, Sandisk. Silicon Power, and Teamgroup are good budget picks.

    All you really need is:

    1. A good tempered glass protector for your screen
    2. A good travel case. Tomtoc Slim is my personal recommendation, the default case is good but too bulky.

I am a 512 launch owner, have my Deck for nearly 2 years now.

Enjoy it, friend. I just got my OLED two days ago and it’s beautiful. My advice is to at first not fuss too much with the desktop mode. Just play games in gaming mode like some other people have said.

Definitely get an SD card when you can, it will help. I have the 1tb LE Steam Deck and the storage goes quick haha too many games to play.

Não sou tuga, mas sou brasileiro. Boa sorte :)

Been there in September, it’s a beautiful island and the food was really nice.

Nah, I’m unfortunately one of the late batch, ordered right at release, should arrive tomorrow. But I’ve got my old LCD deck here working just fine :)
