Your package seems to hit near 100. Which means it’s already throttling automatically. It’s normal when pushing this laptop to 100+% for the temps to be high. I doubt normal usage will be like this.

It depends. Laptop chips are designed to run relatively hot, and can sometimes reach the upper 90s before throttling.
