Hello I moved to the EU a few months ago with my galaxy s23 ultra, bought from the USA and I’ve noticed I don’t receive any updates and the samsung member app says “not support in this region”. Is there any way I could fix this?

    I think you could probably clear data on everything, and it should work. Have you tried resetting it?

    Because I don’t believe that it would stay region locked for certain region when it’s in a different region.

    Every S23 by now should’ve gotten Andriod 14 updates.
