I mostly play destiny and tried streaming with moonlight and it was pretty decent. Are there fps and quality settings like on the phone app? I couldn’t find them on the steam deck version. Should I just use steam link or whatever is built into steam over moonlight?

Also, could I just dual boot windows and have it not be a huge pain? I know you can dual boot, but is the experience pretty spotty doing that?

I ask because destiny 2 is disabled on steam deck and I hope they enable it, even if it takes some effort. There are some pretty successful companies I’m sure they could get it working. I think they even had a Linux version for some steaming platform (stadia?).

I don’t know much about destiny, but I try to avoid streaming shooting games because every split second counts. Maybe dual boot but since you’re only trying to play destiny, you can just create a small size partition for OS+destiny and keep the rest for steamOS

Moonlight worked pretty well but I was hoping to up the bitrate some. I have settings on my phone to change things like that but couldn’t find any settings on the steam deck.

Ideally I’d like to play it on the deck locally so I don’t have to have my PC on running the game and have network latency.
