Hi, I was wondering if anyone was having an issue installing the firmware for rpcs3? I get a message saying “rpcs3 abnormally terminated id:24” everything is up to date fw and rpcs3, just trying to finish setting up emudeck
I’m having the same issue, also on the OLED
Getting this issue on original 256 GB Steam Deck, too. I even tried using Firmware 4.89 in case it was a bug with 4.9 but same result. I think it is a bug in RPCS3 that needs to be fixed.

You need to roll back the RPCS3 version.

issue with 4.90 and 4.89 crashes before installing firmware.
Same issue with my OLED, but this only happens with the rpcs3 version installed from EmuDeck.
I have downloaded rpcs3 from the official webstite (linux version) and now the error has gone, firmware installation went as expected and I could even launch a game without any problem.
So, try that if you’re using the emudeck rpcs3 version.
