Hi I’m wondering if anyone knows if this is expected behavior while using CarPlay. When I have my iPhone 15 connected to my car, the iPhone screen goes black after a few seconds and I have to unlock it. I had another phone that would act as a second screen and not lock automatically. Is this a setting that I can change?
Normal behaviour. The car’s screen is supposed to replace your phone while driving, not mirror it. You can still use your phone like normal as it’s not completely locked out while using CarPlay.
