Some people say they have this issue and others say they don’t. I suspect that they all have this issue but it’s only noticeable with lower impedance headphones.

The issue is very apparent when I use 16 ohm earbuds. It’s totally inaudible with my 28 ohm headset. Sucks that I have to be picky about my choice of headphones but it’s better than hearing the interference.
