So I bought, as many, the combination of the SD OLED with the official dock as an easy and elegant way to keep this thing charged and occasionally play the big screen. As a gullible person you think, lets buy the official, more expensive, dock over 3rd parties because that must work, right??

Well the charging part is not a problem (thank god), but that bloody thing never shows an input to my 2020 Samsung QLED UNLESS I pull out the power cable and then put it back in? For me that’s a reason to never use it besides a fancy charging stand…

Second I have 2 8bitdo SN30+ pro controllers who I can pair but it also seems a hit or miss. They don’t always work that well and I’m struggling with the button layout. What is best: pair them in switch mode (so it appears as Pro controller) or in X-input (so it appears as a Xbox controller)?

Help a newby out! :)

Yeah I dont know either, you’d expect when I plug in the SD the signal should go through, no?

Yes, it should. Even when I was using Windows 11 the video output going to the TV was automatic. The audio was messed though. I had to either restart the Deck while already plugged or Troubleshoot the audio every time.

Did you change any video configuration regarding multiple monitors either on Desktop Mode or Game Mode? Have you checked that?
