My girlfriend broke her glass on her phone. The touch works fine and everything is functioning normally.

My question when you repair phones screens can they only fix the glass and not the whole screen itself.

I’m pretty sure she’s gonna have spend the money to replace the whole thing but figured I’d ask if if it’s even possible to just fix the glass part of the screen.

I’ve used services on eBay that do a glass repair.

You can find a few if you do a search for cracked glass repair and your phone. Be sure to reach out before making a purchase. The seller might need to see what they’re dealing with and you don’t want to waste time shipping things back and forth for no reason.

the part comes as a full panel with a connector to the board in reality a glass does go over the OLED itself but unfortunately the part comes together. its too easy to damage the component itself if it was separate, its finished into a functioning part then used for repair

I replaced the front screen (glass only) on a Note8 near my home

I’d google cell phone repair for local shops, check the reviews and try that route.

All of this is subjective as you didn’t mention the model of the phone.
