I must be the rare person who has been pretty happy with their S22U. I normally get the itch to upgrade but I’ve been playing with my wife’s S23U and I’m not seeing much difference other than the speed boost.

Don’t get the S20 Ultra. I traded it in for an S22 Ultra and the difference is night and day. The S20U had those camera focus problems plus the fingerprint scanner rarely worked on the first try,
The 100X zoom is a gimmick if that’s what you’re referring to. You don’t get those crisp shots at 100X other than the moon because those are AI generated.
The only downside I can see to the S23U besides the bigger price is the bulk. I don’t know how it compares to the iPhone but these are heavy phones. I would love to have a phone with the S23U features but in the 6" size. If you doodle or have a need to annotate screenshots, the stylus is a nice feature.
I’ve used services on eBay that do a glass repair.
You can find a few if you do a search for cracked glass repair and your phone. Be sure to reach out before making a purchase. The seller might need to see what they’re dealing with and you don’t want to waste time shipping things back and forth for no reason.
I had similar feelings but made the switch to Bluetooth.
I don’t miss getting tangled up with wires. I use a USB DAC with headphones when I want to listen to higher fidelity recordings but I’m using my Galaxy earbuds 95% of the time now.
For exercising, I would pick up the Galaxy Buds Live and call it a day. They’ll fit in your ears pretty snugly. I wouldn’t use wired headphones and a USB connector because that just increases the chances of mucking up the port.
I have an iPad Pro. It was a pandemic purchase. I wanted to start drawing and it’s hard to beat the Apple Pencil/iPad Pro/Procreate combination.
This is coming from someone who is fairly anti-Apple because of previous bad experiences (I didn’t realize uninstalling an app would delete all the data it created, not sure if that’s changed) and the restrictive nature of its OS.
