It just released and is discounted until Nov 15. I played co-op online and it was fun. Didn’t have to configure the controller, it just worked. Probably going to be my go to game when I want to just chill. Don’t forget to zoom the game and UI to 1.5 in the settings.

How long did you play it and how far did you get?
Because RoR2 starts out great but performance tanks as you get deeper in the game because of the amount of things on the screen.
That is the nature of the game when you go deep, even the best pcs in the world will eventually tank because of the game engine and all the calculations it has to make.

Risk of Rain 1 is my second favourite game of all time behind Risk of Rain 2 and I am pleased to say that Returns is every bit as good as the original and then some.
I am looking to buy a Steam Deck soon so am pleased to hear that it runs well on it.
I remember playing Risk of Rain 1 on a Sony Vita and when you got to the late stages of the game with hundreds of enemies the FPS dropped into single digits! Hopefully the Steam Deck performs better!

Personally I love the online player aspect of RORR I find it fun to share in the chaos.
Dead Cells, but only if you get all of the DLC. Otherwise, get this.

Played for about 4 hours managed 3 new character unlocks. Am loving it. Playing on easy difficulty just to get the unlocks then will ramp up the difficulty
I played it for 30mins yesterday. Is it normal that you can‘t aim up or down? I just can shoot sideways.

It’s very tiny for me. I did adjust the text, but the whole ui and game is tiny. Can’t seem to scale.
You can, just go in the settings. It’s locked by default but you can unlock and change the scale.
What the difference between returns and ror2?
