Since we’re on the topic of binning CPUs, did anyone save the Silicon Lottery binning database for past CPUs? Recently wanted to check their data for reference, only to find their entire site gone after their shut down.

tl;dr, since Igor’s doesn’t tabulate the really interesting data

    Average SPs:

CPU P-core SP SP max SP min VID at Fmax
    14900K 108.6 121 99 1503 - 1398
    14900KF 105.6 115 99 1503 - 1423
    14700K 72.2 81 67 1433 - 1363
    14700KF 78.3 91 67 1433 - 1319
    14600K 68.3 90 48 1393 - 1208
    14600KF 67.8 88 53 1369 - 1214

    Other notes:

    • 14900K is generally 30-50mV better binned than a 13900KS, although there is a chance of getting a 1503mV 14900K that is worse.

    • 13900K’s median interpolated 6GHz VID is almost 100mV higher

    • Starting in 2023, the best >110 SP silicon that would’ve been golden 13900KS samples were probably made into 14900K instead

    • MC SP is still meaningless

    • The rumors of a golden batch are true, for all three tiers.

I don’t normally get lucky and get crap silicon however this time my 1st 14900 KF was global SP 100 P core SP 108 and E core SP 85 with a 6ghz VID of 1.453v

While it’s mostly average I’ve seen some posted in the forums with 1.52v VID for 6ghz.

Shocking from Intel really, Some of the crap they’re shipping out will probably be degraded in 12 months.

Intel yield seems all over the place. I built 5 systems with the 7950x and they’re all either 115 or 116 sp score.
