I’m very happy with my current deck and have no problem with the screen or battery life as I mainly use it for emulation or to play in my bed/on the couch.
I would however be happier if it was officially available in my region because it’s still not, be it the LCD or OLED version.
Now for the weeks of bitching comments about having an “outdated” steam deck.
Not long ago they said OLED was yrs out
Now just all of a sudden we get not just the screen but the non-beta version with better battery and everything else?

Valve said a new performance target was years out. And it still is.

People think when something new comes out it immediately makes the old obsolete.
OLED has better screen and just a 1-2 more fps gain.
Its really just get it if you really want it, otherwise the LCD is fine
Im sticking with my og until it breaks and then I’ll buy an older instead of fixing
