Like I know new tech comes out, that’s the nature of it. But I spent so much money on my deck, a purchase I still haven’t quite recovered from. I don’t have a lot of disposable income right now so it really sucks to see this direct upgrade with 60+ fps (something I’ve wanted to see for a long time) and not only can I not afford it, my existing deck got a PRICE DROP so I can’t even sell it to recoup my losses to buy the new one. It doesn’t help it was announced like a day ago, so I had absolutely no time to prepare and save.

    1. The steam deck is not an investment so the fact it “depreciated” is irrelevant.
    2. Your problem itself comes from a lack of self awareness. Not because of the market.
    3. If you were happy with your steam deck yesterday, and not today because others can get it cheaper or a better version for around the same price, then surely you understand the issue given the “poor” pitty party you tried to throw yourself. Be happy for those that can now get what you couldn’t before. (And the second pitty party you threw yourself when you got butthurt at the replies)

Instead of fighting back at everyone, maybe in this case, consider that maybe they have a point? Maybe you can grow a little from this. Or don’t and just be mad at the world.
