2%-7% better. Pretty nice. I’m not upgrading, but if I were shipping for one, the OLED is the one to get.

Enough to push a handful of currently-borderline games over the 30, 40, or 60fps threshold but not world changing

My concern is that this new slightly faster deck could become the baseline for developers, with the old one being ignored

Great video, got me hyped up beyond the OLED update. Will be hard to resist to upgrade now.

Valve has done it again. Exciting even if you decide to stick with the 1st gen consoles - more steam deck excitement & success hopefully leading to better support from game devs.

When you’re on mobile how do you open a video in your browser? I’ve tried tapping the word YouTube.

It’s stop working recently. You could always hit the share button and copy the link address and paste it yourself I guess.

45fps with half the input latency on that display and larger battery is going to be fantastic in so many games.

And emulation. Playing Wind Waker HD with this brilliant OLED screen, lower TDP, no fan noise, and better battery life? I’m living a dream right now

Chances are slim I know but I hope for some sort of Trade In Program. The OLED verison looks sick

Even without extra performance, more battery life and less heat, will make a more enjoyable experience on games that can’t go more than they already can, like returnal(without a performance mod though, with one, and fps gets much higher)

I can’t find this info yet, but does anyone know if you can swap the stock led for the new oem oled? Replacement screens available?

I sure am tempted, the screen is the main reason. But the other upgrades are nice too.

If I knew I could sell my 64 GB deck for €265-300 I would gladly drop the €569. For the new 256GB version. But since the announcement more Steam Decks are popping up for sale online, so i fear that prices will fall a lot.

Maybe i should just wait for a Steam Deck 2

Why is no one talking about the upgrade to wifi 6e? Wouldn’t this make streaming from PC and ps5 even better??
