I have had a Samsung Galaxy S22 for just over 2 years. For roughly 2-3 weeks neither my face scan or fingerprint scanner are working. Tried restarting the phone and nothing. Deleted my saved face, restarted and tried scanning again. It just says trouble with face recognition. Then fingerprint ID stopped working. When I go to unlock my phone it will say “fingerprint operation cancelled.” When I go to save a new fingerprint it’ll scan up to 91% then say “fingerprint operation cancelled” again. I can unlock using my pin but it’s bothering me that neither of these features are working. How do I fix it?
