Do you use Steamdeck as an art device? If not ; do you know anyone who uses their Steamdeck as an art device?
(Note : I’m not asking if Steamdeck is the world’s best option as an art device. I already know the answer is “no”. I’m just curious is all)

Actually I managed to do some sketchs on Krita using my XP PEN DECO 01 V2 thanks to a driver install and some instructions out there. So far Pen responds very well and instantly, as usual you can set your hotkeys. As for Krita, very good and useful on the go if you like Docked setup or if you have a small tablet you can be very portable. There’s even someone who got a Drawing Tablet with a Screen and worked miraculously.
I haven’t tested GIMP and any sorts but that’s as far I used on Krita. Maybe I am wrong on this perhaps someone got a good experience than I do.
Actually I’ve used it for animating in Blender
It did work out of the box with krita and a wacom screenless tablet in desktop mode(couldn’t customize the buttons without the software).
But no I didn’t bother going any further with it than that.
