I’m going to buy one of these as an upgrade from a 12th gen. For 90% gaming usage which do you think would be a better way to go? There is only a $180.00 price difference between the two. I’m going to be pairing this with an MSI Z790 EDGE DDR4 motherboard with 4000 CL14 4x8 ram. I also currently already have a corsair 360 AIO. Does the 14900k have a better memory controller? I’ve also read that APO is only available currently on the 14900k? I’m not sure if that’s accurate or not? Which one would you guys go with? Thx

    Uh…

    DDR5-6000 CL30 is roughly 80% faster in most memory-limited benchmarks unless you’re tuning subtimings. At tuned subtimings, DDR5-6000 will “only” win out 60%
