I was wondering what you guys think is a good powerbank for the steam deck to fix battery issues?

Depends on size of your pockets :P it’s 152x68x28mm, so it should fit in pocket of non-slim fit trousers or a hoodie, but it’s definitely not small. But you won’t find significantly smaller battery bank with the same capacity

Does it have to be 45w in particular or is something above that okay?

The only decent 45w battery that comes to mind is the INIU 45w. I imagine Anker has a good 45w battery too, but I don’t know offhand.

If you’re willing to go up to 65w or above (this is fine in a technical sense - the Deck will still only take 45w), you an grab the Baseus 65w, the new Baseus 140w, the INIU 65w, or the Anker 737. I’ve tried all of these except the Anker and the 140w Baseus and they perform very nice on this device as long as you use them right.
