The video quality and resolution is so poor. I have a Samsung s20+ for years since it was released early 2020 and somehow the resolution is still better than iPhone 13 which released in late 2021. Compared the same two reels on two phones and the difference is baffling. Not to mention the accessibility is so limited, no swipe back, the fake home button is a bit tackle. They said iOS is faster and better than Android but it’s still the same, even better on my Samsung. I should’ve try it out before buying it. Really regret the decision. I don’t know if it’ll grow on me in a couple days.

S20+ is not relatively the same model as the iphone 13. iphone 13 is position against stuff like the A54 5G, iphone pro max series is positioned against the S+ series and then the S ultra series is positioned above all of apples offerings

iPhone 13 screen resolution is worse than the S20+ but it isn’t bad. Also, newer Samsung Galaxy S phones besides the Ultra had a downgrade in resolution as well (compared to the S20+).

As someone who has also switched before (please don’t judge haha, I prefer Android but I got an iPhone 13 mini because I wanted the smallest flagship device), iOS is very annoying at first but once you use for awhile and get used to it, it’s fine.

Exactly. I’m still using an S20+ and I think it has the highest screen resolution of any flagship released since 2020. This includes Samsung’s own models. I could be wrong but it’s a a great phone with a great screen.

So you are telling me that video it’s better on Samsung than iphone? I don’t believe it,on iphone the recording it’s smooth and really good quality with natural colors, also you say that your s20+ it’s faster the the iphone? I also don’t buy it,I know how laggy Samsung get after 1,2 years so you don’t fools anyone. You just need an accomodations time so you learn to do things iOS way not Android way that’s all. The smoothness of iOS it’s unmatched and everyone knows that,Samsung it’s fast but many time it’s choppy

Watching Instagram reels or any similar social media video is a terrible way to test the screen/video playback quality of a phone. These videos have often been screenrecorded from another app or source and in general have been compressed to hell and back and retain very little detail compared to what they should have had. Instead you find some high res videos on YouTube and watch those, especially anything HDR; turn up your screen brightness and turn off the lights and you’ll get a much better indication

They’re not bad, they’re different and you just don’t like it because you got used to Samsung’s processing. I use an iPhone and a Galaxy and both have basically the same video, just different processing.

    IOS is so boring.

I was thinking of upgrading my Iphone XR to a 12 back in the day and I literally could not tell the difference when I tried it out.

So, I got an S21 FE instead.

What the fuck are you talking about? I just said that non pro iPhones are shit. Pro iPhones have arguably good hardware.

I don’t like iPhones nor did I ever own one.

Sorry, but there is no comparison between the two, Android is the king 😁 With time, you will notice you are missing many and many tiny things that did it in samsung suuuper Easy, but in the iPhone, you have to be a developer or hacker to solve that issue 😂

Bro I had iOS since I was 11. 26 now. If you to my Reddit profile and scroll to the bottom (wont take long fairly new profile.) you see a post I made with around 140 upvotes about how sick I am of Apple 😂 I made the decision to switch to Samsung next time :) totally opposite of you! Trust me you don’t want an iPhone. They were fucking great when Steve Jobs lived and maybe 1-3 years after he died but now they shit

I came from Huawei P20 Pro to iPhone 15 Pro. I returned it the day after due to horrendous keyboard.

Samsung both has hardware & software one package.

I mean yeah. It’s pretty well documented by people that actually know something about phones that Galaxies tend to outperform.

iOS is pretty much the undisputed best at video recording, so I’m not sure what you’re seeing that makes you feel that it looks worse than the S20+
