A very simple question, why when someone asks, for example, Galaxy Tab vs ipad on r/samsung, we (as community) actually consider recommending the iPad, instead of saying that only Samsung is an option?

If you ask the same question on the apple community they will laugh at you for even comparing an Android device with apple, and they will tell you that apple is your only friend.

Shouldn’t we consider that we actually influence someone’s decisions, and knowing this, recommend only Samsung devices, we are not here to praise apple.

What do u think about this?

When Samsung starts making tablets that are better than the iPad then sure, we should recommend the Samsung tablet. Why would you recommend a product to someone unless you actually believe it’s a better product?

What kind of question even is this? This is a discussion forum, not a Samsung employees club or Samsung investors club. Are you suggesting we should lie to people and pretend all Samsung products are always our favorite? Are you a Samsung employee?

I think Samsung makes a lot of good products but I’m not going to pretend they’re the best if they’re not. I’m in this sub only because i own some Samsung products and I’m interested in what the company is doing etc. Not because I worship Samsung.

I think Samsung should make a tablet that is better than the iPad pro. When that happens, I’ll recommend the Samsung tablet. It’s pretty simple. This question is hilarious.
