I do not have much to say; I just think System76 does good work. I really appreciate the technical support (the few times I’ve needed it). I very very much look forward to when they release their own laptops (instead of Clevo which, to be honest, are fine).

I have a Lemur Pro (9) and the damned thing just works. Non-stop.

Keep up the good work, folks. I don’t expect perfection, but what you have been doing is very very good. And your friendliness to right-to-repair pushes me to being a loyal S76 customer.

Absolutely agree. Good product, good people. I don’t intend to buy computers elsewhere, at least for my next upgrade.

i wished i like their lemur pro. Between the poor speakers, really loud touchpad, and really loud thermals I just can’t settle with it. The keyboard is also just meh. Bummer.

Same, love my lemp9 and the Thelio I had for about 3 years. I went to their building for the launch party and it was awesome. Took the old Lemur to Denver today for SC23, I feel like I get some street cred for having a Linux laptop made just down the street.

My 3-year old Meerkat is my daily driver and I love it. I’ve never had an issue. Also love my Launch keyboard.

My pangolin is 11 years old and customer service walked me through replacing the thermal paste and it is running like a dream again. Love System76!

I switched to Starlabs and the quality is a million times better… I’ve publically derided System76 because their support was awful, my lemp9 was constantly locking up, shipped it back to the US at considerable cost, got it back with missing screws, broken trackpad and the issue still existing… Trying to contact support I was basically passed around and spoken to in unprofessional ways. https://github.com/pop-os/linux/issues/45 is STILL a underlying hardware issue they just found a workaround.

The developers also like to really be nasty to the developers of the software they make their money off (Gnome, Ubuntu etc) I think they have a really bad attitude as a company and after finding out what the 76 means, I hope they go bust and disappear.
