Just a suggestion, variegated plants are pretty cool too. Like the tropical vine ones. Florida Beauty, Cebu Blue, Monstera — but variegated. They grow slower because they are missing some chlorophyll, and they look cool. Throw them in a bowl (with drainage holes) of sphagnum moss and they’ll be happy forever.
