Just got the new iphone 15 Pro Max a week ago. I can’t get any images from certain phones/people I guess. I had a Galaxy s22 traded for the new iphone 15 pro max. my friend and boyfriend still has the Galaxy s22 and I can’t get images from any of them I receive messages just fine it’s just images. I have done all the necessary steps been to Verizon twice and called Apple support. Has anyone else had this same issue??? if so please help!! I have tried absolutely everything.
