I am using my S10+ for 4 years now and I have no reason to get a new phone apart from the lack of updates. It feels old without updates, if you understand what I mean. What is a big downside for not getting any updates anymore? Security maybe?

Coming from Apple my old IPhone was supported for what felt like ages.

I could spend the money on a new phone but I don’t really see the point. I don’t want to spend it just so I can get new updates. The S10+ just feels perfect, it’s crazy to me how good the battery is + performance and everything else. The phone also just looks good. It has no fault apart form regular updates.

Could you maybe list some reason why I should get a new phone or why I should still wait.

    I still have an S8, and since it runs everything I need it to, I’m keeping it. The battery lasts all day unless I’m constantly on it, which I’m usually not.

      My s8 ultra is lagging so hard even after a factory reset, when the s21 came out, i had to switch… do you have the latest update or have you not updated at all.
