I am using my S10+ for 4 years now and I have no reason to get a new phone apart from the lack of updates. It feels old without updates, if you understand what I mean. What is a big downside for not getting any updates anymore? Security maybe?

Coming from Apple my old IPhone was supported for what felt like ages.

I could spend the money on a new phone but I don’t really see the point. I don’t want to spend it just so I can get new updates. The S10+ just feels perfect, it’s crazy to me how good the battery is + performance and everything else. The phone also just looks good. It has no fault apart form regular updates.

Could you maybe list some reason why I should get a new phone or why I should still wait.

    Hold on to that S20 FE, I have that phone before and it is so good. But I traded it in to a galaxy S23 because mine was water damaged. 😭

      oof 😭, reminds me of my S10, I looooved that phone,but my dumb ass forgot to put the case back on, shattered the front and back of the phone
