Hey, I was googling it and it seemed some people got instantly banned on a brand new account if they ordered a Steam Deck. I would like to purchase the new OLED Steam Deck for my wife without her knowing about it. Is it confirmed that a brand new account would automatically get flagged/banned if they purchase a Steam Deck?

Should I buy gift cards and add it to the new account and could that prevent any flagging? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks
