I know there have been a number of threads addressing this issue, but I’m still having no luck in getting this to work.

I’ve put the bios7.bin, bios9.bin, and firmware.bin in the folder Emulation/bios/citra

My keys folder is empty and the only help I’ve found was on the Citra FAQ page that has me going through GodMode9 script, which I will admit, I do not know how to do.

Can anyone give me a really dumbed down walkthrough on how to get this to work?

Addition stupid question: is Citra only DS or 3DS as well?

    Citra is the 3DS emulator and doesn’t require bios files.

    The bios files you provided are for the DS emulator and they go directly in Emulation/bios
