I know that it varies with each game, but is it profitable to install Windows on the deck? And if so, Windows 10 or 11?
Windows is good on the deck. I dual booted so I could use gamepass but ended up switching back to exclusively steamOS after a while because dual booting requires a decent amount of storage I wasnt willing to give up for the few games I was playing on gamepass.

I use window and it’s been fine. Playing a lot of WoW and FF on the go. ☺️
No.
Profitable? 🤔
I dual boot, so I can play gamepass games offline. I’ve been using the amernime amd drivers, and it’s working pretty darn well. I can’t really speak to battery life, as I use it on my commute mostly, and my commute is under 90 minutes.
Profitable? No, you won’t make any money off installing windows on a SteamDeck.
I’ve made millions installing windows on Steam Deck.
