Decided to hold onto my deck about a month old but not worth losing money to upgrade. Got me thinking what does Everbridge want t to see from a deck 2? For me everything from the OLED and a high resolution bigger screen 8in at least VRR, and smaller size (model without touch pads) and even better battery life? Performance close to PS5 (useful tricks DLSS etc to achieve) what are yours?

Just about everything plays great on the deck except some new games. I would like an updated processor to stay current but not at the expense of battery. I like the bigger screen, the reduced bezel for the deck 2 would be good. Less weight. I don’t care for track pads, so losing those would be ok if there is a benefit in weight/cost. Would like the ability to run a full size SSD. I hope we don’t get removable controllers!
I get the feeling valve will never produce the most powerful handheld. They want it to be very affordable so they are waiting for tech to advance so costs come down. They will then use 2nd gen tech instead of 1st gen. With console wars everyone wants the most powerful console. I don’t think that’s what valve is after.
