Hello i would like your opinion on if i should get this watch my old daily driver was a amazfit bip got it when it was released and now that the screen dosent want to stay in plae and keeps falling out even after glueing it back on i started looking into a new one one of the watches that caught my atention was the watch 4 classic i liked the look and wasnt as expensive as the new 6 series i have looked around the internet and found this

It was a exhibit item and has a burnt in screen that show the number 100 my guess its from charging and a dent on the side that is not so big but it cost just 100€

is it still worth buying it?

A new one still costs almost 300 and other exhibit option is around 160

Its great and alm but battery is really bugging me out.

I mean yeh,it can get you through a day if you use it on powersaving mode but barely and you ll definitely need a night charge still.

but if you use AOD or alarms or some calls then it will die in no time and you ll need to charge twice a day if you really wanna enjoy it which is a moot point.

Worth if if you want the tech but only if you are getting a really really good Deal on the price.

Else just not worth the hassle of charging and wasting money.

I’ve had one since launch and to me the device is ageing now, the 6 classics display is much better and slightly larger. When the 6 classic gets reduced for Black Friday, I’ll buy it to replace the 4 classic.

You will not like the battery in the Galaxy Watch 4, I had the LTE version and very happy to run the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro instead

Depends how they’re going to use it.

I use mine for only notifications and paying - no gestures to turn on the watch.

It ends the day with over 50%.

I bought a launch GW4C, and it’s been great so far! I did have to send it in for a replacement after it got bricked by a faulty Samsung update.

100 euro seems high though, especially with the burn-in and the dent.

it all depends on your lifestyle. amazfit has some proprietary OS and you are limited on what it can / cannot do.

if you have a samsung phone, it is best to get a samsung watch. that being said the GW4 is not going to give you the battery life as any amazfit. but the integration with phone to watch is amazing.

amazfit does NOT have EKG/ECG like watch 4, 5, and 6.

IMO the amazfit is kinda basic, like a jr version of Wear OS.

UI is like the old WearOS

the movements feel old (like it needs a more modern OS). but if you dont’ have to worry about battery life (ie charger nearby everyday) gw4 is great.

I see others complaining about battery but it’s not as bad as people want to make it seem. With AOD on it lasts about 24 hours and that’s also with sleep tracking and constant measuring
