So essentially I’m using Accubattery Pro to see the charging current. The most I get is 25w.

I purchased a UGreen 65w plug rated PD 3.0 and also a UGreen 100w cable, USB C - USB C which is 20v/5A PD3.0 also.

Is Accubattery Pro reading it incorrectly or is my phone faulty?

Samsung fast charging requires a technology called PPS charging (not PD).

Check your chargers support that as not all aftermarket ones do.

not all PPS chargers work and give the s23 ultra super fast charging 2.0 that’s 45w. Even with 45w above chargers that are PPS, Samsungs only gets that max speed on a very specific voltage which is 9v/5a - that is not available on all PPS chargers. Make sure the plug you ordered is compatible with that specific spec - I’ve found ugreen 65w chargers typically don’t have this even when they have PPS, but the latest anker ones do.

5A? That doesn’t sound too good😂 picking a higher voltage instead would sound better to me. Especially with the USB-C standard supporting a wide variety of voltages.
