$50 gift card when you buy an Apple Pencil is pretty incredible tbh.
It should be something like “Buy a 15pro and get an Apple watch SE or Apple TV 4K” or “Buy a Macbook pro and get airpods pro’s” but it will never be.

Apple’s direct deals are usually pretty awful (and honestly, most of their deals are pretty awful all year round). It’s the retailers to watch for as they offer significant discounts year after year.

In fairness they did MacBook Pro deals last year on the m1 models.
Well, I do have to buy AirPods and possibly a Magic Keyboard, so at least that’ll make the MBP purchase soon after that a little cheaper.
You can redeem a gift card on refurbs, but I don’t believe a refurb is a qualifying purchase to receive a gift card.
And I believe you can stack multiple gift cards, yes
